  I’ve been a regular customer here for a long time, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I also come from a family that owns multiple restaurant businesses, so I understand both the importance of customer service and how situations like this should be handled. I ordered multiple large meals, but received medium fries instead, and I was never given a receipt at the window. On top of that, all of the food was cold old, and my order was incorrect in other ways — I was given 5 chicken nuggets instead of the 6 I paid for, which just adds to the inconsistency and lack of attention to detail. When I politely brought the mistake to the employee’s attention, I was told there was “nothing they could do” without a receipt — even though I never refused one; it simply wasn’t provided. I even explained that I would have gladly paid any price difference just to receive the correct order, but that option wasn’t offered. The situation escalated when the employee became extremely rude, used inappropriate language, and slammed the drive-thru window in my face. That level of behavior is completely unacceptable in any customer service setting. When I asked to speak to a manager, the issue still wasn’t resolved. There was no effort to verify the order, remake the food, or offer any kind of solution. Instead, I was essentially told it was my fault. Mistakes happen — I understand that. But poor customer service, lack of accountability, and disrespect toward customers should never be tolerated. I expect management to address this behavior and ensure customers are treated with respect going forward. McDonald’s in Almont 4/26/26 at 6:42pm

  This is, by far the slowest mcdonald's I have ever visited. I visited this mcdonald's many times over the years and the drive through service is almost 100% snail pace. Everyone is always nice, but it is by far the worst mcdonald's when it comes to drive through wait time.
