Then, when I got my food it was like they purposefully put too much oil and vinegar so my bread was soppy and disgusting. Leave your personal lives at home, seriously. Now I’m starving because they had to fire someone? Someone bring the girl back, she’d probably be able to make a sandwich instead of the soggy bread I got. They wouldn’t even remake it for me when I asked. Worst jimmy John’s EVER!!!! I’m never coming here ever again.

They’d rather gossip and talk and stare at others while they do their jobs and make jokes in a harassing manner and they don’t even use proper kitchen etiquette. Do not eat here. Their subs are subpar at best anyways.

I don't know what it is about the Alma location but they are "so fast you'll freak", it's the slowest Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Being a little bit picky here, every time I order and select to get napkins they never give me napkins and this is the second time I've ordered a drink and not received a straw. Room for improvement here.
