  I ordered a coffee from this restaurant this morning and not only did they not put the lid on correctly, but it was so scorching hot that when I picked up the cup it burned me immediately. The cat fell off and it felt all over me. I immediately had welt on my fingers and my leg, and I called the manager to report this because I didn’t want anybody else to get burned. The manager was extremely cocky to me. She told me that I can just order an iced coffee next time and that they will do a better job of putting their lids on. She did not take me seriously and this is a very big food safety issue I guarantee you that coffee was over 200° hot. I do not recommend the store to anybody if they do not care about the well-being of their customers. Their manager should care more about food, safety, and somebody suing them because they literally burned a customer from the temperature of their coffee

  This morning 03-30-3026 around 8:05 AM I had ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle... I had put my order on my passenger seat and drove 2 minutes down the road to my workplace. I opened my food and it was cold. The only thing that was slightly warm was the egg. Since I had to work I could not go back for a replacement. I just want to know how long that was sitting on the counter before being placed in my bag for it to be THAT cold. I’m just very disappointed that they would allow food to sit out for so long without a heater and still serve it. That’s something that could make someone sick.
