  I'm a late night shopper, always have been, always will be. Few years ago this used to be a good Taco Bell... But over the past two years I have failed to come here and actually get food. They claim they're open till 2a.m. and I usually do my shopping 10:30/11pm and a little after 11 I'll come here if I'm hungry and they always have the same excuse of "our systems are down". This time was a final straw for me. I made an order on the Taco Bell app before leaving Meijer directly across from this location and I proceeded to the drive-thru. They told me that the systems down once again. I told them I made an online order and it says it was received in the app. she brushed it off and said you'll have a refund within 24 hours. I pull up to the guy that they let go in front of me and he was picking up for DoorDash which somehow went through allegedly. If you want Taco Bell just go into a different location

  Waited in line for 15 min when we finally got to the window and wait about 5 more minutes (on window time is crazy btw) for 2 box meals and looking into the window 3 people standing around not doing anything while we wait to get food JUST FOR IT TO BE STALE LOL. Crunchy taco shells and chalupa shells stale...

  I wish I could give this place a zero stars. It’s that bad. I waited 45 minutes 30 minutes of that was my lunch on my break I work nearby so it’s convenient so I thought I’ve been here twice since this has happened both times. Needless to say I didn’t get my lunch this time I had to Leave my boyfriend there to collect the food because I had to go back to work. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Everybody’s on their phones, but one person does all of the work. There’s four people in there including the two of us and a man doing DoorDash, who had already waited over an hour. I’ll never come here again so disappointed.

  Me and my fiancé went to this location yesterday and it was god awful. First off us and about five others were waiting in the lobby NO acknowledgement what so ever took them 15 minutes to get us our drinks and the real chaos happened they’re systems went down plus the fryers and instead of solving the problem the manager sat in a corner and laughed and giggled on her cell phone… they definitely need to rethink they’re management at that place. Never will I ever go there again they also were funny about returning our money back to us if they couldn’t complete our order.

  Zero stars. This place is always short staffed and closes 2 hours before they are scheduled to for normal people. I placed a Mobil order here multiple times, only to arrive, 1 hour before close , and was told they are only accepting door dash and Uber Eats orders. I asked why do they get priority over mobile orders placed 1.5 hours before closing, and they said they are short staffed. If they can make orders for giant Door Dash orders , they should be able to make small orders for individual mobile orders. DO NOT COME to this Taco Bell Ever.
