- LPLydia Pustelnik4 days ago1.0I experienced terrible customer service at this location. I placed an online order and half of what I ordered was replaced with original glaze because they were out of what I wanted. It's not a problem being out of something, but the fact that I wasn't notified or offered a substitute was wild to me. There was absolutely no concern for my order being almost completely different from what I originally ordered. I was told the manager directed employees to substitute anything missing with plain glaze and that there was no way to inform me that my online order could not be completed, yet, my phone number and email are requested when ordering. Why, if not to call when there is a problem? Some other places call. The guy told me they were making some of the things that were missing and I wasn't even asked if I wanted to wait or something. Good customer service is definitely disappearing. However, this Krispy Kreme location has always been the lesser of the other locations in my opinion. I will not be visiting this one again. Grant it, this was not earth shattering, but the lack of interest in a customer was so sad. I'm so disappointed in the service there.

I ordered 6 donuts for FIFTEEN DOLLARS AND SOME CHANGE! Instead of making me aware I could gotten a whole dozen for less than $2 more. Ok fine whatever everyone doesn’t grasp customer service but then I get the donuts and they’re COLD like they were in the frig or frozen COLD! Really disheartening SMH

I went in when the red light was on and the customer before me was given a fresh doughnut, when my turn came to order I gave the order and asked for a fresh to which the girl mumbled something. Then 2 more customers came in afterwards and they jumped to give them free fresh doughnuts. I guess they pick and choose based on how you look.
