  Firstly, I’m not from Allen park, I’m from Detroit. I didn’t know this location closed at 9, seeing as my app allowed me to place an order because I ordered before 9.. when I get there, the door was locked because they were closed ( I promise I didn’t know) the employee was extremely rude stating for future reference they close at 9, I’m sorry, you could’ve called me and canceled my order.. but instead handed me my two meals the pops were definitely half way filled with water and half with pop, no fizz, they were disgusting. The sandwhiches didn’t have the toppings we ordered but they did have hair in them.. at this point, this was all done purposely, you could’ve literally canceled my order but instead took my money and gave me disgusting food and drinks because you were mad that I made an order before closing time… diabolical.

  Worst Jimmy John’s location to go to. I ordered a tuna club sandwich for pickup & got a sandwich with no tuna. Called to get a refund and the employee couldn’t care less. The worst thing about it is when I went in to get my order there was no other orders, no other customers, but yet the two employees are just standing there talking but I paid for a sandwich that didn’t even have the main ingredient. What a shame. Thanks for the response, but the experience was much more frustrating than that. I had to call first, then return to the store with my order details, the app order number, and a photo because the issue still wasn’t resolved. After waiting and being offered a sandwich instead of my refund, I was finally refunded through a personal Cash App, which was not handled professionally. I won’t be returning to this location

  Stores been open for 20 minutes. I walk in and was told they are taking online orders only due to short staffed. I thought about placing an online Order but changed my mind and left
