  Was coming here every day for a week for my lunch routine came here the other day and they had the front doors locked because there was too many online orders and they couldn’t keep up. Learned the first time when I came there they can’t keep up with online orders. I ordered one and it took 30 minutes longer than they said when I went in there the other day and they were only taking online orders. There was 15-20 people waiting for there food, this is rediculous and unacceptable

  This is by far the worst Chipotle ive ever been to. The food was flavorless. Hard to imagine being it’s a chain restaurant and they give step by step directions on how to prepare the food. I threw my lunch away halfway through eating it. The chips literally had no salt on them…. Also, the service is brutal. I’m not sure anyone could be more rude than the person who finished making bowl and then cashed me out. Not to mention the dining room is disgusting. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience at this location. I will never come hear again.

  I’ve only been to this location maybe twice as I come as a visitor from out of town and it’s close to where I am. But what I can say is this time it was much cleaner not clean but much cleaner than last time the trash isn’t overflowing the servers were OK, but as my order was being completed, I wasn’t notified until the order was pretty much made that they were out of red sauce. The management there must be pretty much unorganized or unable to fulfill their job because there’s always a noticeable problem.

  I came in as a customer and just wanted to express how unsatisfied I was with my experience. The lady who helped me was very rude, disrespectful, and had an unnecessary attitude for absolutely no reason. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect, and unfortunately that was not the case during my visit. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this Chipotle, and I hope management addresses this issue so future customers are treated better.

  The restaurant itself when walked in floor dirty, tables dirty, chairs pushed away from tables. Food old old. Both type of beans crusted up pinto beans down to almost bottom. Ask manager when fresh coming up. She stated they are fresh. I said come on this side so y I u could see what coustmers see. She walked away. She continued to talk, I said I own a restaurant. She continued wanted to know which one.. she continued to engage. I simply said come on this side and see what the coustmers see. The young girl stated we can not make fresh till product gone? So much for your commercial everything fresh all the time. The employees had no name tags including manager .. at least I think she was a manager. Will never be back. I posted the pictures on my face book of the food and meat..
