  The worst chipotle you can go to. By 7pm they’re out of everything. It’s COMMON SENSE to let people know coming in what you’re out of.. instead of letting them wait in line for 15 minutes because they’re so slow making each order. When they're out of chicken, it doesn’t take 45 minutes to cook some damn chicken. Pure laziness. sometimes the rice isn’t even cooked all the way. One of the easiest things to make and they still manage to undercook it. This chipotle needs a new owner and everyone there needs to get fired. Hire people with some actual common sense and good customer service.

  What good does ordering in advance by three hours do? When you arrive the order isn’t ready - the store is closed to walk in customers and those that have orders are told “sorry we had $4000 in catering orders today” as if that’s any fault of the customer.

  Not once have I ever came to this chipotle and I have been served every single time I walk in they always yell whoever walks in we are out of and then they named the whole damn menu. It is absolutely absurd. There’s about five workers back there not one person is cooking or doing anything. I don’t know how chipotle on Allen Park survives.

  Don’t order here. I expected to get chicken when I ordered a bowl with chicken. Instead I got the essence of chicken. 7 scraps of chicken in the whole bowl (literally counted, see pictures). Additionally they gave me maybe 1/4 cups of beans when I ordered TWO different types of beans. Criminal they charge this much and this is the quality and quantity of food they provide. Again save your money and don’t go here

  Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally complain about a highly disappointing experience my daughter and I had at your Allen Park Chipotle restaurant today. While ordering three bowls, the cashier exhibited a dismissive attitude. When I asked for my total, she refused to say it aloud and pointed to the screen, stating she could tell me but "the screen is right there." More distressingly, after leaving, my daughter discovered a black bug in her food. We immediately returned to the store to show the manager. While the manager offered a refund for the contaminated bowl, the cashier continued to be unprofessional, while the manager was assisting us. The combination of poor food safety and the disrespectful behavior of your staff is unacceptable.
