  Ordered a cookie butter iced coffee and it tasted absolutely disgusting. This was my first time trying and I won’t be back. My friend suggested this flavor and raved how sweet it is unfortunately this 7brew must’ve made it wrong. All I tasted was espresso and milk , YUCK! Also, I wasn’t greeted initially and skipped over in the line because they assumed I had been help but no one came to my window to ask or greet . I would recommend trying a different location.

  We've been to this place at least 3 times in the past 2 weeks. We love it.. wayyy better than Starbucks. The Panda is a must try. Celina was very helpful and friendly on this Friday Juneteenth morning. You have a loyal customer.

  I went through today and felt rushed. While it was only 3 cars in line. The 1st and 3 rd car got their orders immediately. I forgot to ask for caramel drizzle and cold foam. Usually , the barista here are great at asking if you want to add extras. But that was forgotten today. Left felling a little disappointed.

  This might be too long & detailed of a review, but I feel like it is deserved…. I’ve been coming to this location since they opened with my then 18 year old daughter, I am a sugar free girly & this place offers it all! Unlike Starbucks or Tim Hortons, you can pretty much get anything here sugar free! HUGE PLUS…. But that’s not why I came to do this review, on my husbands Google account 🤣 In January my 18 year old daughter suddenly passed away, we became regulars here before her passing, obviously they realized she hadn’t been coming & asked where she was. I share she passed away, her story in hopes to save lives (accidental carbon monoxide poisoning). Something so little as getting coffee was a hard daily task because of all the memories, but coming here has been one thing I’ve continued to do because of those working here…. The smiles, the kindness, and laughs, they truly are gems of humans! I have to shout of Addison, she has truly made something that made me miss my daughter so much ( a simple getting coffee) so much easier in the grief process- to the point my 9 year old son will say mom look Addisons working! You can truly feel the kindness from Addison & a lot of the workers here- I’m a server & none of it feels fake or scripted, it’s so purely genuine. Thank you Addison & crew for my daily coffee fix while also helping to heal a mommas heart that is broken! 💖

  I have been a loyal customer and regularly order the Ocean Breeze Energy, but after what I witnessed during my recent visit, I will no longer support this franchise location. While waiting for my drink, I observed an employee named Addie repeatedly yelling at coworkers in front of customers. I heard her speaking to employees in a way that I found disrespectful and demeaning. The issue was not the work itself, but the way employees were being spoken to. The tone and manner in which she addressed staff made me extremely uncomfortable as a customer. From my perspective, several employees appeared discouraged and visibly upset. The atmosphere did not feel supportive, professional, or respectful. Instead, it felt like employees were being treated without basic dignity and respect. I do not support bullying, intimidation, or workplace behavior that makes employees feel less than human. One of the reasons I enjoyed supporting 7 Brew was because of the positive and uplifting culture the company promotes. Unfortunately, what I witnessed did not reflect those values. Because of this experience, I have decided that I will no longer support this franchise location. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward creating a healthier, more respectful environment where employees are treated with professionalism and respect.
