  Ordered delivery at 15 minutes until they closed, and they called me to say they stopped delivering and asked if I would come pick up. I thought that was odd but I understood and picked it up.

  Susan is the GM and she talks poorly about employees in front of customers and my girl and I went in one day and she was taking money from the tip jar to play their crane game in the lobby. I don't support snakes. Won't be returning.

  I normally don’t even do reviews however we ordered a large pizza off the website and got mislead into a medium and when confronted my girlfriend and I were very nice about the pizza not being right they ignored my girlfriend problem and said she ordered the pizza incorrectly. She came back out with the pizza and I noticed the whole order was incorrect with it not being half pineapple and fully covered with. I had went back in myself and the two girls argued with me and got nasty all but refusing to refund me and saying it was correct and it is only half pineapple. I’m never loud or argumentative, however I had to correct them in order to get my refund they were very rude and not willing to own up and fix the mistake or give me a refund. We ended up going to hungry howies and they fixed Pizza Huts mistake. Which was very appreciative. Plus hungry howies said that pizza looked non appetizing and my girlfriend can’t help but agree.   Girls were really smart ass when I told them our order was wrong. Asked for a refund because I’m pretty sure they would have spit in my food otherwise. Since the town of Albion is known for that kind of behavior EX: Taco Bell worker spitting in Albion policemen’s food - went to court over that. They started to scream and argue with My bf over the order being only half pineapple clearly it’s not half and they go extremely loud. Absolutely ridiculous who they have working up there.
