  I really really really wanted to give you all a five stars as the dozens of times i’ve come here with my family has always led to good and fast service, but today when I ordered a pickup order with the app, this employee who clearly is new, not only screwed up my order numerous times, I had to go in again after realizing he didn’t even give me my drinks I paid for. After a really hard day personally, this employee really bummed me out especially when I was the first one in line. The employee also served other customers after me while I waited there mindlessly for 10 minutes. Do better as someone who has done this job before. No one is asking for perfection but if it seems like you aren’t trying, then that changes everything and hurts the experience.

  Honestly horrible service its ridiculous waiting time I had to wait 50 mins to get my order just for it to be cold.

  I can't believe it I went here a couple weeks back and my order was all wrong so they gave me cards for free meals for the next time , so I went back to night after about two weeks past!!!and I couldn't believe it I order a bacon double cheese burger without ketcup and no mayo which it came with both on it and I order a hamburger with nothing but tomatoe well it came with ketcup mustard pickles and tomatoes I also order onion rings and fries the fries were old how ever the onion rings was fresh the cashier was nice but the manger was not being serious he was just walking around and having a good time I'm tried of giving them chances I've been going since the doors open but I will go somewhere else next time

  Stopped by the new Dairy Queen in Albion and had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and genuinely welcoming, which made a big difference. Everything was clean, the service was quick, and the food was exactly what you’d expect—in a good way. Definitely a solid addition to Albion!

  They dont listen i asked for bbq on side they didnt put any in bag 2 days in a row they didnt listen when I say what I want on my sandwich this place is as bad as McDonald's dont waste your time with this place very untrained people The workers rather mess around and shout and laugh with coworker rather then getting orders right. This place will go under
