  This is my favorite Taco Bell, i have literally never had a bad experience here and will drive past the other one just for this one. The food is good & staff here is super friendly as well 💖

  Every time we come to this taco bell we are waiting over twenty minutes in line and the Manager (guy with the glasses) is always saying rude remarks and also cussing and swearing we always come through between 11pm to 2am we had our food door dashed today 4/30/26 at about 1:45am ordered over $50.00 in food and our order was messed up once again I ordered Diablo chicken nuggets and they gave me plain that’s nasty and my nacho fries that I ordered were not seasoned they were plain also I called the store more than twice and the first time they picked up the phone and slammed it in my ear I called them back and they did it again the third time they let it rang and rang it’s ridiculous I won’t come here anymore if that’s how the managers and employees act ps if they don’t know the difference between seasoned chicken and plain chicken have them do what Rallys does try it before serving it!!!!

  The employees were polite. But it would have been nice to get decent food for paying the amount you pay. The quesadilla's didnt have any sauce on them, the steak was burned, the quesadilla wasnt cut/sliced, i paid for steak with extra steak. I will add pictures to what i got. I also got (2) 5 layer burritos they were nothing but drowning in sourcream and beans and maybe a scoop worth of meat in each burrito. The pop was flat, i paid for a baja midnight dirty soda got a flat diet pepsi because they are out of all of their pop. My husband's order was a steak quesadilla with extra steak and his food was burned too. His pepsi was flat.

  I don't normally review, but my visit today was terrible. There was a verbal argument between staff right after I came in, everyone seemed confused, and after a long wait they got half the order wrong (my boss' half, no less) and expected me to correct their (or their kiosk's, at least) mistake and put the takeout order in a bag. They were also out of Midnight soda. I've never seen it this bad. This experience, coupled with the incessant app issues, are really ruining TB for me. They used to be amazing. It's a good thing they don't charge extra for the Diablo Chicken Nuggets, because it's basically just nuggets with chilli powder.

  Avoid this place at all cost. You are better off starving to death than ordering food at this place. But, should you decide to ignore my warning and take your chances be prepared to wait an extremely long time for your order and pray that you don’t have to interact with any of the employees who have no idea what’s going on. Especially the older lady, who i’m assuming is the one in charge. One of the employees put a bag of food on the pick up rack without a name on it, so this older lady comes up to the counter and asks if anyone hasn’t been helped after me and several other customers had just been standing there waiting for our orders to be called, so I asked this lady if this nameless bag of food could be mine since there was no name on it and my mobile Taco Bell app confirmed that my order was ready for pickup, to which she picked up the bag of food to look at it, and then proceeded to put the bag down, walk away, and ask the other people waiting for their food also, if anyone else needed help. Everybody standing there looked at me and then looked at each other like is this lady for real. This is the kind of people that work at this place. Please do yourself a favor and go basically anywhere else for food. You’ll thank me later.
