  Went there Sunday May 17th around 9:30pm. We placed our Oder and paid cash for it and when they gave us our change they gave (3) $1 that were in very poor condition very discolored and one was ripped up. Not only they were in such bad condition but they had nasty writing on them one said “ Thanks Big Mack Daddy” I told them I did not want the money and they said that’s all we have. So I had to go inside and talk to the manager. The manager said they would not take the money back and said that they are not allowed to swap out the money. I asked multiple times. I was concerned that other stores would not even take the money in that bad of condition.They said that’s it’s US currency and I can go to the bank and get it swapped out. I told them ok that’s fine I want to Oder something so I can spend the money they just gave me. Once I paid for some more drinks with that money the manager said now they can take the money to the bank and have it dealt with. I said that’s what you should have done to begin with instead of giving it back out to a customer. They said go ahead and get your drinks or they are calling the cops. I said for what for me not wanting to take your messed up pour condition bills I wished I took a pictures of the bills but I was too caught up in the moment. Very rude and unprofessional

  It is always fast and they fryes ate mostly fresh so above par for McDonald's

  I’ve been to McDonald’s all over the country and work in the restaurant industry. Needless to say, this McDonald’s is the most clean, hot and fresh food I’ve had at any of them. Best in Jackson and Lenawee county I’ve been to by a mile! Keep it up staff!
