- NLNathan LawrenceOct 2, 20262.0Mediocre overpriced pizza and truly awful service. Have had several experiences picking up in person where pizza was late but usually not more than 15-20 minutes after quoted time. Ordered delivery today and it didn’t arrive until almost 90 minutes after the text notifying that order was ready. Called the Yarmouth location about 1 hour after the quoted delivery time and was on hold for 20 minutes. Called again and spoke with somebody named Justin who told me that standard delivery time is 3 hours? I asked for a refund. He said he didn’t know how to issue a refund. I asked if I could talk to somebody in charge. He laughed and said “dude, nobody is in charge” then, confusingly “he left!”. Honestly pretty bewildering experience. Will not be ordering Otto’s again.
- BMBridie MearsSep 30, 20261.0Came back from Portland on a Wednesday night at 6:45 and decided to stop in to Yarmouth location vs going to the Brunswick location. Very disappointed. Was told we could eat in dining room but had to order at counter(I get it-being short staffed) but was then told we were not able to order drinks from bar-still decided to stay. Came and sat down in dining room, all tables dirty. Pizza brought out-in box and left. Very much disappointed. $40 plus tip for one large pizza & 3 soft drinks. Pizza is not your typical Otto’s greatness. Many other pizza places in Yarmouth with much better customer service and cleanliness.
