The employee preparing my sandwich blew into/onto his gloves which scattered everywhere, before handling the food, which completely defeated the purpose of wearing gloves for hygiene and food safety. As a dental professional, I’m very aware of how much bacteria can be spread through respiratory droplets, and it made me uncomfortable enough that I chose not to continue with my order. I hope better food handling and hygiene practices are reinforced moving forward.
