- KHKris H4 days ago2.0I've been to a ton of Dunkins in my life, but by far this takes the cake for the worst Dunkin. Came here every day during my vacation in Wells, and every single day there was some problem. First day was short staffed. Then second day they had an a iced coffee leak over the floor and they were only taking drive thru orders. Third day their cash registers went down. Then to top it off, the drive thru... slowest drive thru ever. Usually took 15-20 minutes to go thru the drive thru... for a mobile order that I placed 15 minutes before I arrived and got into line.. and a good chunk of the time the order was not ready when I go to the window!! Not sure how they were trained on drive thru but its clear they are not following protocol. They have people working the front and the drive thru. They do not do orders as they come in. They do not pre-cook stuff like other locations do. Awful awful location. Felt bad for the employees b/c they were being run ragged due to poor training and management. Fix this location, Dunkin.

Edit went back day 3. First order was wrong had to go back around then had to come back because they didn't give me something from my order. Second trip for coffee that day made wrong went back had remade & drove away opened to drink made the exact wrong way again I'd say safe to go elsewhere 1/3 coffees drinkable over
