  Went in just before closing to check it out as I'm not from the area and never heard of this grocery store before. Looks a lot like Kroger inside, not sure if they are related. But the store was clean, stocked, and seemed to have good prices. I judge prices based on cheese and Ben & Jerry's, both of which were good buys here.

  Tonight is the third time in recent shopping where the family pack of on sale hamburger is not available. The meat clerk walked by the counter not dressed in a white apron so I didnt know he was "the guy " and when I finally walked to the front and had him paged and then went to the meat counter he asked what I needed. When I asked if there were more family packs of burger he said the shipment didnt come in....here is a thought....dont ignore customers when they are clearly looking for someone to help and if your out of a product put up a sign. Since this seems to happen everytime regarding burger....I see it as a bait and switch as you are marketing that item in your sale flyer. This is the Main St Waterville store...two big thumbs down!
