This place has gone down hill fast since the Cufa Management let go Jamie the manager. She ran that store and managed her employees where everyone there was held accountable. The employees were more like a family. They all cared and got to know the customers even just hearing your voice they knew the order. The store was clean even before the remodel as the employees cared about the store. Now the store is dirty and the employees don't care and now I have seen that they hire people who got trespass for shooting up in the bathroom not cool at all. This is a bad restaurant that is being ran into the ground. I would say that cufa owes Jamie an apology and whoever made the decision ( i heard his name is Joe ) needs to be fired. I was visiting this store 2-3 times a day and I no so many other customers that did the same. I will no longer give my hard earned money to this store or any Cufa owed franchises. I hope this message is read by someone who can correct this mistake.

A massive round of applause to this drive-thru for successfully turning a routine caffeine run into a grueling, multi-stage survival podcast. If you’ve ever looked at a drive-thru lane and thought, "Gee, I really wish this felt more like waiting in line at the DMV in 1985," this is your Mecca. It took a breathtaking 15 to 20 minutes just to get a single latte. The business model here is truly revolutionary: they process exactly one order at a time, treating each transaction with the slow, meticulous reverence of an archaeological dig, completely blind to the existential dread building in the line wrapped around the building. But wait, there’s more! After surviving the Great Wait, I discovered they made the drink wrong anyway. Because of course they did. This required me to actually park, unbuckle, and walk inside the building—completely defeating the entire concept of a "drive-thru." The Highlights: The Hostage Situation: The drive-thru lane is designed so you can’t pull off. You are locked in. You live there now. The Great Escape: I watched in real-time as at least 10 smarter cars abandoned all hope and drove away before getting trapped in the No-Escape Zone. The Vibe: A profound, almost beautiful lack of urgency. The staff moves with the casual grace of sloths on a Sunday afternoon, entirely unbothered by the concept of capitalism or losing business. Pro Tip: If you have a spare 30 to 45 minutes to waste, an appetite for hostage situations, and a desire to go inside anyway, this is the spot for you. Otherwise, go literally anywhere else.

At 350pm I started my order by ordering my food first. Before completing my order one thing was said by the Dunkin worker...Why? Like, why am I ordering food? I was then told they are not serving food??? What? Left without giving them any of my business. How is a possible that a food restaurant doesn't have any food to order, someone from upper management needs to look into that contradiction. Never go to this one but the other Dunkin close by is closed for renovations, will not waste my time going back here better to drive across town to KMD or even Oakland.

I would like to say I wasn't to happy when I went to give my son a blueberry muffin and he couldn't eat it because it was raw in the middle
