Stopped in on the 4th of July. Completely understand not being happy to be working on a holiday but doesn't mean you should take it out on the customers. We ordered 4 drinks, nothing special, and two sandwiches . My daughter's sandwich was WELL done, croissant was hard as a rock and didn't have the type of cheese she requested. I politely showed the girl at the drive thru and she looked pretty upset ,she turned and told someone else then turned and told us "she'll make another" ...OK cool. When I tried to hand her the burned one she said
Rather rudely, "I can't take that" and walked off. Ok....fine, no biggie. After the second sandwich came out, I asked for our final drink , which didn't make her happy...she turned found the drink and rudely handed it out the window, rolled her eyes and turned away.....we were all a bit taken aback and said ...."thanks...." to which she turned and FLIPPED US OFF! Seriously....we didn't love the attitude but whatever....I wasn't rude, I get it....these things happen....but to flip us off when my 14 year-old and my 10 year old were in the car is a bit much....Dunkin customer service is often a bit lacking but this was too much.
Yeah... Junkies 💯

When they make my coffee correctly and I get the same one every time it's great. Many times I found myself going to the waterville duncan, donuts by burger king because they do better with your coffee and they listen.
And once in a while, I get lucky in my coffee was just right.Just like this morning.
I do question the management of this dunkin' donuts, in winslow.
I also went through the drive through and no one was in the parking lot. And I wanted to get a coffee, and I was on my bike, and they wouldn't let me because they said of security issues, which is a bunch of bull. I was headed to an appointment and I was getting a coffee first.🙄 if anyone should call me about this, I have a few names for you
My friends and I placed a mobile order through the Dunkin’ app around 10:00 AM for walk-in pickup. When we arrived, the drive-thru line was extremely long, but since we ordered inside, we went in to wait. There was already a man waiting for his drink, and after several minutes, an employee finally asked what he was waiting for. It still took another five minutes for him to receive his order.
At that point, the store became very busy. More customers came in to order in person and were told to wait “just a minute,” but no one took their orders for a while. Some of the people waiting at the counter eventually left without ordering due to the lack of service. When employees finally started taking orders, the customers who ordered in person ended up receiving their drinks before my friends and me, even though we had ordered much earlier through the app.
After waiting for a long time, I went up to the pickup area, and only then did an employee ask what we were waiting for. That’s when I noticed my drinks had been sitting behind the pickup shelf the entire time. On top of that, my friend received the wrong drink. One employee (a man with spiky hair) was making drinks without communicating with coworkers, which caused completed drinks to be left behind the pickup shelf unnoticed. Some of the drinks were not mixed properly and were mostly just syrup.
We waited over 30 minutes and didn’t leave until 10:37 AM. Overall, due to the disorganization, long wait time, and lack of communication, I wouldn’t recommend going to this location—especially during busy hours, as you will likely be ignored and their will be a lack of service.
