I did get a little bit loud and said a few words. But that was after the fact that I asked for corporate's number and I also asked what their names were and I got told a fake name and got nothing but childish behavior from them. I've worked at Dunkin' before and I would never treat someone as an employee like that I've already called corporate. I want these 2 fired. I'm never going back to that dunkin again. WORST CUSTOMER SURVICE EVER. I DONT SUGGEST GOING HERE also the manager was one of the two females. Which as a manager I expected more from her.

Normally this isn’t where I stopped to get Dunkin but on that particular day I was going behind so I stopped. I got a medium iced coffee with caramel swirl and cream. I took a sip of it, and I immediately spit it out. It tasted like mold. I thought to myself that it was really odd and maybe it was just me so I took a few more sips and really tried to taste, and all I could taste was mold. I ended up bringing this coffee to a different Dunkin telling them what had happened and asking them to remake it after they remade it at a different location that taste was not there so it was definitely the coffee that I got at the Standish Dunkin’ Donuts Fast-forward to today, I stopped this morning to get another coffee at the Standish location and once again my coffee taste like straight up mold. I don’t know if anybody else has had this issue, but it makes me wonder if they aren’t cleaning their systems properly. I will be taking my coffee to a different Dunkin once again, and having them remake it
