  This stores frontend is horrible, nobody greets you as a cashier, no polite chat...no manners at all. When i go through and greet the cashiers and baggers its like im talking to myself. Today i went here at about 10:30am to grab a small amount of things....estimated i may be over the 14 item limit but not by much, and two main checkouts were slammed and i looked at the 14 or less lane and the guy was just hanging out, nobody in his lane at all. So i go to him and jokingly say...."ok well im being forward with ya,...i may be breaking the limit". He immediately freaks out on me telling me i have to go to the other lanes! I pointed out that he was literally not doing anything and i had half my stuff already unloaded.....he kept scolding me and giving me a huge attitude so i gave up and just went to lane 3 where i received more attitude from the woman there. I ended up having 16 items btw, and the guy in the express lane never did bother to even ask....and the other thing thats odd is i watched him the entire time after i left his lane and he seemed more interested in hugging customers (creepy) than doing his job, why is that happening? Is this what our society has come to? Is it so hard to find workers that employees are simply allowed to act this way because there is no accountability? If you are that miserable look for a new job maybe? Im pretty much done with this location because the attitudes from the people on registers is horrible, they dont talk to you unless prompted, and when they do it just feels like its resentment that you are even there. I remember not so long ago when customer service meant that you put customers first and part of working in a grocery store was being friendly.

  So close to the Westend. Was very similar to SoPo's other Hannaford. Smaller, but easier to navigate than the one on Forest Ave.
