- SESavonn EanOct 3, 20261.0Service at this location is usually pretty average but this review will be focusing on today’s negative experience. I came through the drive thru Saturday morning October 3rd around 11:20. Upon reaching the ordering window I ordered 4 bagels, 2 drinks and 2 donuts. The woman that was taking my order was extremely rude—rushing us and seemingly annoyed that we wanted more than just the first item we listed. When we got to the donuts I ordered one and then they didn’t have the other—that’s understandable—but when I asked what kind of donuts they do have she told me she didn’t have time to tell me what they had (not that she needed to list them all, but knowing a couple of items they did have in stock would have been helpful to my kid who’s donut they didn’t have). She instead refused to finish taking my order and told me I had to come inside to be served. So I waited for a while in the drive thru line, just to have to go inside and wait in another line inside. Then when I placed the same order inside vs in the drive thru, she gave me the same stuff she already made. Drinks had been sitting, bagels were cold, and refused to remake anything. Her male counterpart offered to remake them but she told him not to. The name on my receipt is Liz, but whether that’s her name or not I’m not sure. This used to be my favorite Dunkin location—one I would drive out of my way to get too—but this is the last time I will ever consider them and I’ll be telling everyone to steer clear. I have worked many a customer service and drive thru job and I’m embarrassed for this location for letting someone interact with customers like that. Anywhere I can post this review, Google, yelp, etc will also be receiving this. The interaction put a damper on what was an otherwise good start to the weekend. Customers may not remember what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel.
