I asked if I had to pay extra for guacamole for the kids meals, they explicitly told me no, then charged me for it. I'm fine with it costing more, but I don't want to be lied to. And I wouldn't have gotten four guacamoles for my kids! Not a good experience. I was in the mood for chipotle, my kids have never been. And this experience was not a winning one for any of us.

The workers then say didnt have any and then they proceed to take my sisters bowl without warning and throw an almost completely made bowl away (they dont tell us any of this or explain it) we noticed that there were only 2 bowls now and we were really confused, and on top of all of the blatant incompetence, they then tell us the bowl is gone and dont offer to remake it. We havent done ANYTHING so far and we’re really confused, so we start asking about it and the two bowl makers treat us like we’re being entitled and seem confused on why we would possibly be upset that they just threw away an order without telling us. it doesnt take much to be a bowl maker and somehow this location manages a level of total incompetence while maintaining having the lowest amount of brain activity behind the counter. even if you’re just passing through, avoid.
