  I've been going to Chipotle for over 20 years, probably over a dozen locations. This location by the Maine mall is worst. Since I moved here I've been at least a dozen times, and they are always out of something, like no other location I've seen. Frequently it's the fajitas, sometimes the chips, sometimes guac. And it's never "in prep", it's like 30 minutes to get it filled. They also always open late, which I see because my schedule means I like to eat at open. Just not a well run location.

  Today saturday june 27th: we bought our lunch and went to the bathroom…it was a Big mess!! Smell was horrible, and the floor dirty. No hand paper…Please take care of your restaurant or we won’t go back anymore

  They are supposed to be open at 10:45 and at 10:55 we were still waiting outside with the doors locked, watching the employees eat their food inside. It started raining and they still didn’t open up and continued eating their food watching us outside. We left. Terrible service.

  I went just before 8 o'clock, probably just after their dinner rush while a few staff members were on break. The place was kind of gross - almost all the tables had food scraps, the bathroom smelled way more than I would expect from a public bathroom, a few bottles of tobasco were missing caps, ironically there was a sanitizing spray bottle left out and about, a package of napkins just ripped open and left by the dispensers instead of in it. I would imagine that the staff is over worked, under paid, and it probably gets too damn hot in there. The staff that was working the line while I was there had a hard time hearing because of their fan, but I also got the sense that their souls had been stripped from their bodies by the aforementioned workplace strife; I feel for them 😩

  This was our first and now our last time ever eating Chipotle. When we walked into the place the entire dining area was disgusting with food left on every table and past order bags still sitting on most. There are no signs for a restroom and when you ask it seems like they don’t want to even tell you where it is. We decided to give the food a shot and hoped that the dining area was gross because of being a little busy. When we went up to order the employees were so rude about my wife not knowing what she wanted and when we asked about the food it was as if we were inconveniencing them with our presence. The cash out wasn’t any better with the employee not even responding to anything we said. Now to the food which when we ate it was decent but the aftermath was pure agony. The gut pain and amount of time both my wife and I have spent on the toilet is crazy. We should have listened to our guts and just left when we saw how disgusting the place looked. Would not recommend to anyone that likes to eat food. Do better especially at 35 bucks for two bowls of trash that you call food
