  Not kidding, some of the best pizza I've ever had. Came in as part of a large group unannounced, and they accommodated us handily. Highly recommend the baked potato pizza, it is sooooo good.

  Mediterranean was burnt overcooked blacken underneath, had minimal toppings, charged $3. for black olives which was extremely little amount and very dry. Soda at $3.00 and no refills. Staff no friendly. Lack of atmosphere and three drinks at bar in middle of restaurant not very pleasant or appealing. Should have separate areas for bar. Will not recommend or return

  I had the most delicious pizza at Otto, just as good as it would be in Italy. But even better than the food was the service. Niola McNamara was genuinely the sweetest waitress who anticipated our every wish!!

  First time here, probably the last.. tried to call but the number either didn't work or they didn't answer. Got there, ordered a half cheese half pepperoni, she asked me if I wanted the sauce on the bottom so I said yes obviously. It says "sauce under cheese" on my ticket too. Waited 20 minutes which is fine, but the pizza comes out and she says "im sorry they did sauce on top of the cheese is that okay?" I guess it has to be because I'm not waiting another 20 minutes for another screwed up pizza. Literally the most basic pizza order ever and they screwed it up.. me and my friend ate it anyways, it tasted like cheesy bread not pizza, and the sauce is just straight up tomato, like that's all it is. It tastes like you took a can of crushed tomatoes and scooped it onto the pizza. Btw it was like 6 dollops of sauce on the entire large pizza so you get about 90% of your bites just bread and cheese and then a couple bites of a pile of tomato. Im shocked that this is a chain with the way you guys can screw up a simple pizza. Mind you i was the only person there, other than 2 dudes drinking at the bar, so not a busy day for then too overlook something.. Just ridiculous honestly, dominos could do better for half the price...

  Excellent food, excellent service and wonderful atmosphere. The speciality pies have wonderful flavor combinations that are well balanced and interesting. Unlike most pizza joints, it's not the same, standard offerings you can get anywhere. I highly recommend the pepperoni, goat cheese and hot honey, as well as the bacon, pineapple and hot honey or the penne a la vodka pizza. I will 100% eating here again!
