  Made us the incorrect pizza and refused to remake unless we paid twice. Really a bummer, but won’t be coming back. Hopefully that’s. It their actual policy and they can retrain their employees.

  Got a take out order for a rehearsal dinner. The place was so busy which told me the food must be good. My order was ready right on time and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pizza and salad was delicious and quickly devoured by our group. The ones who had never had OTTO pizza raved about it. Everyone enjoyed it tremendously. I wished we had ordered more because I'm sure it would have been eaten. The salad was fresh, beautiful and delicious. Highly recommend.

  It was an off night. Has been our go to place for great pizza but tonight only fair. Will go back again to reassess.

  No pizza should cost an average workers hourly wage. A small cheese being 15 is a bit much. Multiple times I've tried this place and the pizza is 35% crust, the ratio of sauce to crust to toppings is off. Staff has been nice at least. Over hyped for sure.

  We really wanted to enjoy this place but unfortunately the pizza was just terrible. We got the mushroom cheese pizza (forgot the official name) with tomatoes added. The pizza was incredibly under done. It was so floppy that cupping it like a taco would still cause it to collapse -- even with two hands underneath. The tomato they added was sliced, not diced, and huge, so we had giant slops of tomato placed on our already floppy pizza. It was rough to eat. I wasn't initially going to post this review and just give them silent feedback, but they responded to me with a cookie cutter email like, "Hello [Guest Name], we're sorry to hear you were displeased with our product. Please know we will do our best to remedy the situation and we have let our team know immediately. Sincerely, [General Manager Name]". They were literally too lazy to fill in the placeholders, so I had to leave a real review.
