  Excellent food, excellent service and wonderful atmosphere. The speciality pies have wonderful flavor combinations that are well balanced and interesting. Unlike most pizza joints, it's not the same, standard offerings you can get anywhere. I highly recommend the pepperoni, goat cheese and hot honey, as well as the bacon, pineapple and hot honey or the penne a la vodka pizza. I will 100% eating here again!

  The food at Otto’s Sanford is always amazing; from the pizza to sandwiches. And Otto’s ranch…out of the world!!! Sarah is so sweet and a great asset to the Otto’s team! I’m always happy to see her when she is working! Always goes above and beyond for my family and friends.

  First and last time trying Otto pizza. First, the quality you get for the price they charge is not good. It was almost $60 for 2 small pizzas, 1 with 1 topping and another with 2 toppings and 1 large pizza with one topping. One of the pizzas had no sauce on it, another was very burned on the bottom and the last one just didn't taste good. The sausage was not cut well and tasted like what I imagine it would taste like to eat cat food, not appetizing at all. Also the pizza was cut very poorly. The slices weren't even close to being equal sizes and they were incredibly difficult to pull apart. Overall, poor quality for high prices. If you are looking for good pizza, I would suggest looking elsewhere. I am going to stick to Roger's pizza in Dover!

  I was really disappointed with my experience. The pizza was over-stretched, the cheese was dry, and there were very few toppings. It was the first time I couldn’t finish a pizza and actually had to return it. The employee at the counter was very kind and offered to replace it with slices since they were about to close. I appreciated her excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the replacement slices were also not good. She mentioned that there was a new person in the kitchen who was still learning. I understand that everyone has to start somewhere, but new employees should be properly trained and supervised before serving customers. The food we received was simply not edible. I hope this was just an off night because the staff was friendly, but the quality of the pizza needs significant improvement.

  Got there and they tell me they can't make my pizza. They over proofed all their dough. I paid 70 dollars and got some back room leftovers, one of which was not cut and had a hole in it. There were 3 other people in there that also didn't receive their ordered food. It will be a while before I return to Otto for pizza until they can figure out their staffing issues.
