  I got a sausage egg and cheese bagel combo with a mocha frappe that had an up charge up $4. That’s fine but they didn’t give me my hash brown and if I just wanted the sandwich and drink I would have paid for the sandwhich and used my points for the frappe. $15 fo nothing. Seriously? Do your damn job better

  Placed an order on the app to take advantage of savings. Got to the store and noticed it was a bit of a line for drive through so changed it to in house pick up. My husband went in - and was told because they were having ( or recently had ) an inspection the food was a bit delayed and they couldn’t tell us how long. We had to go down the road to pick up our other vehicle from the repair shop and came back roughly 20 minutes later. We were told they assumed we didn’t want our food but they could refund or remake. My husband called me because he wanted to make sure if they were remaking it that we got all the right things ( I sent him in just to pick up the order he didn’t know what in detail he was picking up ) the general manager came over visibly frustrated ( sweating and slightly shaking ) saying that my husband was being cocky and refused to make our order and to contact the app for a refund. He continued to follow my husband outside - and threatened to call the police? I can understand this general manager probably dealt with a lot of upset customers due to the delay and we weren’t the only one they didn’t have the order for ( another customer outside who saw stopped my husband and said she too couldn’t pick up her order or get a refund ). I did call McDonald directly in hopes to not only get my money back but also maybe help the general manager get more training or more staff at that store so he isn’t so stressed out and on edge.

  Cold food, rude employees, young employees who (it seems) are not taught or trained on customer service, inside the store they'll ignore you, drive thru takes forever and my order is usually wrong more times than not. Can't believe this store is still in business.
