- JMJonathan MillettMar 27, 20264.0Called this week to order some platters for the weekend, that should’ve been the first clue not to deal with them. First, you have to call them back because they don’t know how to transfer from one department to the other. Then I mistakenly had the wrong day. Trying to call them back just to change from Saturday to Sunday was a freaking nightmare. No one was answering in produce and customer service wouldn’t even take a update: They reached out and will be talking to the staff to avoid this again. Brought them up to 4 stars because owning a mistake is a good sign of leadership and then using it for training can help prevent others from the same issue. note to update the day for them. Spent pretty much my whole lunch break trying to call them as they kept hanging up on me. I tried calling back that night and still couldn’t update as no one could take a note or even transfer a call without hanging up. Luckily Shaw’s could do it all in a one simple call after I gave up on Hannaford.
