I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes while the workers kept walking back-and-forth in front of me never acknowledge me once put about eight or 10 slices of pizza in the oven for other people still never acknowledge me once I turned around and left the worst service I’ve ever had at ottos Pizza probably won’t be back to the Otto’s in Saco

And not just 5 minutes, 30-45 minutes every single time. I’d rather just know when I placed my order if it’s gonna take 2 hours in total because then I just wouldn’t go and wait at the restaurant. Also my order was completely wrong with my most recent visit. No cup char pepperoni, no hot honey, no goat cheese, absolutely nothing. It’s like they just gave me the wrong pizza.
