Not cooked though! Absolutely gross, disappointing experience. I don’t understand why they said it would take 55 minutes. Only two other people in the restaurant.

I’m assuming that the owner has no idea that they’re next to a movie theater, and that popular movies mean a lot of hungry people show up. This last time we waited for ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, and easily half of the tables were waiting for food. Another person told us that they’d been waiting twenty minutes with no help so we just left. If you’re hoping to eat before a movie, make sure you don’t eat here. Way too slow and understaffed.

Online tracker says pizza was ready 50mins before delivered, driver picked up 35mins before deliver. Store is 5min drive. We are from out of town with no means of driving there, hence we figured per there website they would deliver. Online tracker....which when clicking help took you to doordash. They say to call otto since it was ordered from them and not doordash. Called the store, they said to call doordash.....no solution. Guy on phone said he would have manager call in three days....but hung up on me before asking for my number or name....I am sure they can look it up, but we will see if they call. NOT WORTH $100 FOR SOGGY AND COLD PIZZA AND 2 HOURS AFTER ORDER.

I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes while the workers kept walking back-and-forth in front of me never acknowledge me once put about eight or 10 slices of pizza in the oven for other people still never acknowledge me once I turned around and left the worst service I’ve ever had at ottos Pizza probably won’t be back to the Otto’s in Saco
