- SSStu SnowSep 20, 20261.0The price I was charged did not match the pricing on the signage.
- CCC2DGSep 17, 20262.0Nice people, slower than molasses. Do yourself a favor and go down Route 1 a little bit to the other Saco Dunkin's. You might actually make it to work on time.
- SMSaedie MarcialAug 23, 20261.0For your own sake, do not go here. I’ve lived in the area for years and since I’ve started coming to this location last year, the service is inconsiderate and disgusting. I understand that we may have our bad days, but the staff BARELY and if so absolutely does not communicate in any professional way let alone are friendly. Specifically the past two days where there’s been an entire dining room, 20+ minute wait to simply order inside with no communication that someone will be coming in, they’ll be right with us or anything but kept walking by meanwhile two were outside smoking with a line out the drive thru as well. Just went in now to have a coffee remade which was messed up, first lady asked the next to do it since she was busy counting money meanwhile the other, doesn’t say a single that as I’m trying to tell her what was in it since the slip was half missing and she kept walking away to which I needed to yell to her. Passed off the coffee without a single word either. It’s off putting beyond words and it’s the same exact staff each time I’m there.
- DCDavid CyrAug 12, 20261.0Asked for no ice. Simple request to not have a watered down beverage j have to drive back to my daughter.. I guess that was too much to ask, they refused so I went somewhere else and won’t be back
- MMMiaAug 11, 20261.0When we pulled up we asked to do two separate orders, i’ve ALWAYS been able to do two separate orders at this dunkin and any other dunkin. The lady taking our order VERY rudely snapped and said “we don’t do that” if it was said in any other tone there wouldn’t be an issue but she was very rude. While ordering she was still very rude, once we got to the window the drink we ordered was so poorly made, unmixed no flavor to the refresher. I’m very disappointed with my experience with this dunkin, and i won’t be coming back for a while.
