- JDJoe Dotterweich3 days ago1.0I first went inside. Was there 10 minutes and. Oo e acknowledged me. Went to drive thru ordered 2 cups of coffee and paid for them . About a half hour of waiting and paying I left. I will never set foot in that store nor will I be a paying customer.
- RGRochelle GagnonJun 25, 20261.0After waiting at the counter for 7-8 minutes waiting to order our coffee and food, we finally got our order taken by a younger blonde girl with the worst customer service skill that we've ever endured at a restaurant. The employees nasty tone in her voice and the miserable look on her face said it all. We felt very uncomfortable. After ordering, this same young lady was shaking her head back and forth as she walked away because she had to make a few sandwiches and hash browns for us. Unfortunately, she made the order wrong, as we ordered sausage egg and cheese BREAKFAST SANDWICHES, NOT WRAPS but after the way we were treated by this employee, it was not even worth it to us to tell her that she had taken our order wrong and get the correct items that we wanted. We are regular Dunkin customers and we travel all over the state. This Dunkin, on Portland Rd, in Saco, Maine is BY FAR the WORST Dunkin Donuts in the state! Customer service is non-existent. The store is a mess as there isn't one clean table or clean chairs to sit in. As I write this review, another unhappy customer just had to come back in and get their breakfast sandwich remade because this same young blonde employee sent it out, still cold. This one employee in particular should find another job since she clearly doesn't know how to deal with the public. This level of rude, carelessness shouldn't be acceptable in this environment and we will NEVER come back here!!!! ✌🏼
