  This is some of the worst service I have ever received. Sadly one of my other really terrible experience came at another Chipotle. This one happened a few months back. I placed an order online and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. (This is one of chipotles major faults, they always say it will be ready in 15 minutes). So I waited and went 20 minutes later. I went through the pickup drive through. There just 3 cars ahead of me. But I waited 25 minutes before the first car got their order and moved on. It took over 45 minutes, just to get to the window. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my food. How can it take well over an hour for a simple meal of tacos. The employees were of course rude and surly. Who can blame them, everyone probably yells at them, but why shouldn't they. Customers should not be treated this bad. Safe to say I will never give Chipotle my business again. I'm upset I ave them a second chance. This heartless cooperation certainly doesn't deserve one.

  Food is typically fine, but they have some of the most hateful employees I've ever met. I got a bowl and a burrito. The lady making the foods started putting stuff in before I could confirm I wanted it. The burrito wasn't fully wrapped up when I got it. There was apparently only one type of meat left and I got attitude when I had asked for different meat, without realizing all they had left was some random chicken. I never even got the name of the type of chicken they put on it. Just some random burnt chicken. I love chipotle. But I'll just go to south Portland next time. This location is by far the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Absolutely do not recommend. Especially after reading the other reviews. Pretty sure most of the reviews in recent times are talking about the same person. Because a lot of the reviews mirrored my own experience. So this is definitely an issue that this store clearly does not care about.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. They ran out of chicken and I waited 10 minutes for the guy to chop up what they had cooked. He spent more time talking than chopping while I waited. Once I ordered I asked for light sour cream where the worker flung a scoop of sour cream into my bowl as if it were a problem. She missed and half the sour cream fell over the edge of my bowl. She proceeded to take a finger and scrape it up and smear it across the lettuce in my bowl. With her now sour cream covered hands and messy edges she put the lid on and transferred said sour cream all over my lid. I went to grab napkins to clean it up myself and all 4 dispensers were empty. I did not finish my bowl and can’t put the cover back on as there is sour cream all over the inside and outside.

  So disappointed in this particular Chipotle. The tables were dirty. LONG slow line...only one person preparing orders!! Someone in line said that they regularly run out of toppings...they need new management!! WE LEFT... Get your act together!

  Partially ate a cold, rubbery, undercooked steak burrito. Spit the entire thing out. What a waste of $14. Poor management.
