  I ordered a mobile order small Oreo crumbles coffee chiller it took almost 30 minutes to receive the order even after telling multiple people my name. On top of it no one even told me that they didn't have the ingredients for the Oreo crumbles coffee chiller. So I got a small coffee chiller missing half the ingredients and took over 30 minutes. Not very happy

  i waited 25 minutes in drive thru cuz i preordered my coffee and the coffee i ordered is not what i got. literally $6 straight in the trash

  I am a local and frequent this Dunkin 3 or 4 times a week , every time I come in there is one person who always stands out and her name is Jada , she is always training someone new with patience and kindness , running all 4 stations , cleaning, cooking and always working hard ! I manage a store in Livermore falls and she is the kind of employee you don’t want to lose ! Keep up the good work Jada ! See u tomorrow!

  I don’t like when I go to this Dunkin, I order my drinks and nobody tells me that they don’t have any more of this certain drink that I came there for when I’m at the window ordering so I pay for my drinks and then when I get to the Service window to pay for my stuff they then tell me that they don’t have any more of this drinks after I paid for it. Whoever is opening up in the morning, should know to check all of the supplies before opening the store. I am incredibly disappointed because I do not like the drinks that I had to substitute For them not having the drinks that I originally came to get from this store. :)
