  The worst customer service ever they have no leadership ,they are rude treating paying customers as criminals and threatening to call the police on them when they obviously they are not consistent and totally unprofessionals!

  Not the most stellar review here. I've been a steadfast supporter for this store for 20+ years. Have had some trepidation during this newest remodel. Some awful floor coverings taped over uneven floors, lights that shine in our eyes from these new coolers in the deli. But this most recent visit brought me to write this review. I was working my way through my list, pushing my cart, getting items off the shelf, I noticed there seemed to be an increase in the number of in-house staff shoppers. The ones getting paid to shop for on-line shoppers. So busy, that 3X they reached and pivoted into my space, cutting me out as I was reaching for items. 1st time, made me hesitate, the 2nd time I was like"What are you doing" and the 3rd time I was verbal to say hey what are you doing there. They said shopping. Well, I was fuming, went to check out, no manager up front. I paid and left. Returned after unloading my groceries and found an assistant manager. My beef is I'm a paying customer, those staff, who were just plain rude are getting paid, they should be a bit more conscientious of us shoppers. There definitely could be a better solution to their shopping methods. Lets try to make this at least a pleasant experience before the summer rush. I'm already looking at options other than this store.

  This is the best Hannaford I've found in the area. They have the freshest and most extensive selection of produce and still have items like V8 bloody Mary mix, Hannaford brand spaghetti rings, maridol papayas, vegetable egg rolls, and other items the surrounding hannafords have abandoned. They also have mushrooms that aren't rotten, which is a big plus.
