  Placed a mobile order for ASAP, walked in expecting my drink to be ready, because that’s how it usually goes. One person working, some white big lady with glasses and was waiting there for over 10 minutes. All she did was take drive thru orders, one after another, never prioritized the order of which was coming in. People walked out because they were waiting by the register. I had to ask her for my drink (literally got one thing) and she went to on saying how she’s the only working, blah blah. Not my problem. Didn’t have protein milk which I paid extra for and slammed my drink on the counter after. Horrendous attitude and service all in one. Mind you I’ve travelled all over the country and this was the worst Dunkin experience I’ve had, I would not recommend this location.

  Arrived at 7:37pm this evening and was greeted with a pleasant "what can I get for you?" I placed my order for a latte (the first of several things in my order) and was told they had no milk and had dumped everything at 7:30pm. I said "ok, what can I get?" I was told "nothing". I asked what time they closed and she said 8pm. No apology, no offer to brew something If I was willing to wait. They were open for another 23 minutes. If you're open until 8, you serve until 8, right? You don't just hang around for the last half hour to let people know nothing is available.

  Everytime we order its either messed up or they over charge you for stuff and then act like its supposed to be that way. I miss the old crew who actually cared they won't be having my business anymore. You shouldn't be over charging people for no reason.

  I had such a great experience at Dunkin’ the other day, and I want to recognize Cindy for it. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, she was welcoming and upbeat. She greeted me right away, listened carefully to my order, and made sure she understood exactly how I wanted everything. What really stood out was how fast she worked without ever making me feel rushed. She stayed friendly the entire time, kept the line moving, and handled everything with a calm, positive attitude. It’s not easy to balance speed and customer service, but she does it effortlessly. Employees like Cindy are the reason people come back. She made my mid-morning better, and that kind of service matters. Dunkin’ is lucky to have her on the team.
