- KDKylie Dauphintoday2.0I will start by saying I work in the restaurant industry myself so I understand the stress. I’ve come to this Dunkin many times over the years as I live in Richmond and they have CONSISTENTLY messed up every order I pay for. Anytime I ever get the chipotle hash brown wake up wrap and ask for sausage, they either give me one with bacon or JUST sausage and egg. As for the coffee, anytime I order one of the seasonal drinks, they never put cold foam or sweetener in it. Today though, I ordered 2 chipotle hash brown wake up wraps and an iced PUMPKIN cloud dunkalatte, got 1 wake up wrap with only sausage and my coffee had no pumpkin in it. Oh also not to mention they were blasting music with a whole bunch of swears in it.

I might’ve been a little understanding if someone had said literally ANYTHING whilst there was one vehicle in line past the board at the window talking to the employee. I watched all three vehicles behind me leave the line, some come back a minute later just to leave again. I left the line after over 7 minutes of no answer. How are you supposed to grow business without even giving business?

Yeah, maybe its a first world problem to wait in a drive through line for 30min again and again but its not a free soup line either. My family and I are done coming here. Ps: Aroma Joes if you’re looking to snag some high traffic business show up nearby and put these guys out of their misery.
