  I spent $40 and the drink was missing. There were ten or fifteen fries in the box.Ice cold. No napkins, no utensils. The ranch was missing. Worst order i've ever received from a pizza hut.

  The pizza we ordered was a thin crust meat lovers with extra cheese and black olives added. Now the pizza had good taste and plenty of sauce and cheese the way we asked for it. But my problem with the pizza is it stuck to the pizza box!!!!!!! There was nothing protecting the crust from the box and we lost a good 1/4 of the pizza for being stuck to the box. The Pizza Hut in Presque Isle, Maine was where we got this pizza. My wife just told me it’s because the bottom of the pizza was so very wet.

  The server was rude, we asked a question because the meal was coming out staggered and I was done with my meal before he got his. Instead of a swearing the question, the waitress said "hey I just a server" and walked away. We ordered a box lunch, wings and fries. The fries came out move than 5 mins before the wings...fries are an appetizer so that's how it works. The box price starts at 7.99 we asked several times what it would cost with the combo I ordered ...the billed about was 13.49. When I questioned it...i was told that is the way it is and they have no way of knowing what ot will cost until it's rung in.j so now I am irritated and said yeah well I eas done eating before his food came. I was told things get done at different times. I said yes. But you know that you couldn't make it so they finish together...i wad then asked have I ever run a restaurant because clearly I am being unreasonable to have such expectations! As I was leaving, the then said see...i told you they were rude. Really? For asking reasonable questions and getting attitude in return? I think not! The 'manager' actually called me rude and ask e d me leave! I was definitely not rude but for hospitality professionals, well no worries I will never go back there, I have never been so insulted for asking questions.

  Wow incredibly rude, we were told the don't know the price until after? Order came out piece meal for a simple lunch order? Give this place a pass

  One of the best Pizza huts in Maine. Chris Carmichael left a legacy in this building
