- DCDylan Cousins4 days ago1.0I was specifically asked at the window what my order was, and I was still handed the incorrect coffee. Really watch what you get from here. I guess I should have asked more questions and not took their word for it, but I had to be on the road for work. At least my donut was correct, but I came for the coffee, so this was incredibly disappointing overall.

Super slow wait times, horrible parking to the walk up little window to get your orders, whoever designed this duncan is didn't think it through... as for drive threw, if you mobile order, forget about it, you will be there just as long if you ordered. Crazy that there's two windows, but only one is utilized, seems like the first window is used as a storage room and not for mobile orders. Just overall a painfully slow experience for everyone waiting... winter time is awful when your waiting outside to pick up your mobile orders and the dunkin' van is parked in one of those spots with a employee smoking in it half the time. also, do we really need a third duncan? We didn't need a 3rd location in such a small town tbh... instead it could of been utilized for a Dennys/IHOP/Aroma Joe. But instead this town duplicates thing we already have and don't need more of....What a choice guys 😑
