She appeared irritated when she asked what I was waiting for, and in her rush, she yanked a straw from the container so forcefully that two others flew out. She then handed me my beverage abruptly without any courtesy. I understand they may be busy, but I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully before. I hope management can address this, as customer service matters.

You don't HAVE to order it up by yourself but it's normally quicker. The kiosk is pretty standard but I did have to get used to it. This Dunkin is inside a Circke K,so ascfarcas atmosphere goes, it is what you get.
