- KWKeith WeinerAug 2, 20263.0I am staying at a hotel for business and decided to order from Papa John's online. They ask who you want to order it through and Papa John's is the option I chose. I ordered and then they let you know that they are having the order delivered by a 3rd party service. I later got a text from the driver who asked how I wanted to receive my delivery. I texted to please knock on the door. My order was for 3 waters and 1 diet Mountain Dew. I also asked for napkins, utensils and plates. Well, the driver never knocked on my hotel room door. He left my order on the floor outside my door. I never received a Mountain Dew, the napkins, plates or utensils. They sent a Pepsi, which I cannot drink. After calling the driver and picking up all the items I called the store. I spoke with a female manager, to whom I told all of the above. She then made believe that she couldn't hear me anymore and she hung up. This service is a disgrace and the delivery is a bait and switch. I will never order from another Papa John's. This is an unacceptable way to treat a customer.
