  Did online order for pick up. Got to the spot put the parking spot number in the app. Waited a half hour and no one came. My husband went inside they hadn't even paid attention or started the order. They apologized and said it will be right out. While waiting my husband watched the employees (all teenagers not one adult in sight) messing around, singing rap songs at the top of their lungs, throwing food, swearing like sailors. And it still took almost 20 minutes to get 2 burgers and 2 fries, then they completely forgot about our drinks and when they got out drinks it was supposed to be 2 large and they tried giving us one medium and one large. Worst McDonald's in the world. We got in touch with the company when we got home out in a give complaint, they apologized and said they were sending some coupons for free meals, which we never got.

  Food was literally stone cold.. chicken nuggets and fries.. worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to not even edible

  Dropped in the other night; want to give sincere appreciation to Sandra! Sandra is the manager and is very friendly and focused on customer service. My Wife and I told her how special she is and she stated that she had worked a very long shift and had a tough day. Obviously, Sandra endured it and provided OUTSTANDING service. The lobby area was very clean, food was great. Thank You Sandra. We hope you are valued and recognized as an Excellent employee! Take care. See ya again soon!
