- KKKali1 day ago1.0Not your topical Dunkin. My husband and I stopped in to this Dunkin we were traveling and just wanted to stretch our legs, and use the bathroom. I asked for a coffee, a simple Americana with cream, my husband got himself a muffin. The guy that waited on me had what looked like filthy hands, as if he was fixing some of the machines, hopefully they were only stains. Everything in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, the sink, floor, toilet gross, plus had 3 flys dedicated to circling the toilet. The sign inside the bathroom said, if dirty let management know. So I did, the girls reacted shocked, then apologized. Thing is she was in there right before me. Needless to say, we threw out our food and went next door to the Burger King.
- MKM KSep 28, 20261.0I have visited this Dunkin location more than ten times, and at this point, the consistency with which my order is incorrect is genuinely impressive. There seems to be an almost unwavering commitment to disregarding the most basic elements of a customer’s request. I repeatedly ask for a small and somehow end up paying for a large. I ask for bacon on my avocado toast, and the bacon apparently exists only in some theoretical dimension where my order is concerned. These are not complicated modifications. I am not presenting an elaborate culinary dissertation at the drive-thru I am asking for items that are explicitly available on the menu. What is particularly frustrating, is that this has happened repeatedly, despite giving the location ample opportunity to rectify the issue. At this point, the problem transcends an occasional mistake and begins to resemble an institutionalized disregard for accuracy. There is something almost admirable about the consistency: I can walk in with modest expectations and still somehow leave disappointed. If you are going to charge customers for something, perhaps actually providing what they ordered would be a reasonable place to begin. I would strongly encourage management to address whatever systemic failure is occurring here, because after more than ten visits, “sorry, we forgot” has lost its novelty. Three stars for the coffee. One star for the astonishing inability to assemble an order according to explicit instructions.

I ordered a black tea and got to the window 20 mins later and they still hadn’t even made it. I won’t go here again.
