- LMLexi Marie4 days ago1.0This Dunkin’ location really needs to step up its customer service and staff training. There was a woman working the register who expressed that it was her first day and was clearly struggling, yet no one was there to help her. You shouldn’t put a new employee on the register during a rush, with a line out the door, without properly training them or having someone available to assist them. On top of that, my drink was made incorrectly and was only halfway filled. It was a $5 drink that tasted like nothing because the flavor shot wasn’t even added. For the price customers pay, the least you can do is make sure drinks are prepared correctly and filled properly. Management needs to do a better job training staff, supporting new employees, and making sure orders are accurate. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I don’t see myself returning to this location.

Here’s the corrected version: Very disappointing experience at Dunkin’. I went in to get a coffee, but they were out of espresso and didn’t mention it when I ordered. The coffee tasted terrible, and to make things worse, I found a hair in my coffee. That is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. What made the experience even worse was seeing crew members smoking cigarettes outside in the parking lot while working. It did not look professional and made the overall experience very unpleasant. I also felt bad for the young employee who was working there. She appeared to be a J-1 student and seemed to have limited experience, yet she was left handling things without enough support from more experienced staff. My frustration is not directed at her—I believe she was doing her best. Management should make sure employees have proper training, support, and supervision. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the quality, cleanliness, and staffing at this location.

This is the first time this Dunkin has ever hired anybody with actual customer service. The food is okay but it could always be better.

She asked why he argued as if it was a electoral debate. His thinking a coffee went up $8 is far beyond unbelievable that the thought of Elvis being alive is more believable. This is not customer service this was a public disservice.
