  This place sucks. Every single time I get refried beans swapped for black beans they never do it. I just had a horrible day and all I wanted was a cheesy bean and rice burrito so I didn’t have to cook when I got home. And guess what refried beans again. I should have checked before getting home ig but it’s ridiculous it happens every single time.

  This taco bell in newport has a thing of forgetting to give your complete order that you paid for. And than you wait for weeks and weeks just for the manager to give you the run around and on top of it she thinks it was a DOOR DASH WHEN IT WASNT!!And of course its was super expensive for the grilled cheese burrito and they arent willing to give me my money back! Plus another time where they CHARGED ME TWICE$32.50 and again they dont do anything to fix any of these problem just basically called me a liar just cause she claims she saw the employer put it in the bag when in fact they didnt!! DO A BETTER JOB! LISA JOHNSON

  As far as Taco Bell locations go, this one ranks high for me. Always friendly service. Food is always spot on. Clean bathrooms and lobby. Easy parking. I’ve been to many locations around the country and I visit this location often to grab a snack while working. Wouldn’t want to be without it. Highly recommend.

  Everything is always fresh and hot. Super clean and staff are always friendly and helpful. This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.

  I was told this Taco bell was once awful but I go their probably twice a month and the food is cooked to order hot it's a wonderful thing lol
