  It was busy, understandable, I arrived when the app said my order was ready, my food was not ready (ok, no worries), Iwas parked as requested and told food would be brought to me. I waited outside for 20 minutes as other parked cars received their food brought out (more than 10 others). At the 20 minute mark I went in. Waited 5 additional minutes before someone decided to come to the counter, I asked for me order and found out my food had been ready for awhile. They forgot about me after parking me. No apology, wouldn't ever look at me, no apology, just a sarcastic "I know". In retail I completely understand being busy, howhever making someone park, forgetting about them, letting their food get cold and not even a simple apology tells you how management runs the business. Unfortunately I will not be returning, sad that Pizza Hut has gone downhill so far.

  Ordered delivery due to being sick. They did not drop off the breadsticks that I ordered and when I called about it the man answering didn't seem to understand what I wanted and transferred me to customer service. A transfer which, after a long long time of waiting never resulted in anyone picking up. I couldn't go to the store because I was sick so pizza hut just took my money and didn't give me breadsticks.

  The service in the atmosphere was great food could have been a little better both my pizza and chicken alfredo or undercooked

  I’m really impressed with the service here. I was having trouble online redeeming a code from an email offer, so I called in for help, and the manager personally took care of my order. The woman who helped me was awesome too. It was a smooth process. Great service!
