  Coffee and donuts were good but I asked for a lightly toasted bagel and got a fully toasted bagel. Edges were dark and hard. 😡

  Came 4 times in one week using the drive thru, for morning coffee drinks made wrong everytime, when asked what else responded with food, heard nothing back so repeated what I wanted, person responded with "I heard you" sounding angry. I tried but with so many others so close it's not with the stress before work.

  One of the shittiest dunkins I go to. I order a basic sandwich every time a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel with plain bagel minis this is not a complex order it is the basic default order but 99% of the time its not the right food. at the window I asked them are they sure the sandwich is correct they will say yes I will search the bag and it it will be incorrect. It's at the point where I'm debating on never showing up again and even if I get a ride with someone else who's there I will refuse to order food even if I am hungry because I know it will be made wrong and I'm tired of it.

  I go in there regularly at least twice a week if not more. I get the same two drinks a large Dunkalatte and a medium Chai Latte. One coffee one not. Today a newer girl tall, darker skin, poofy hair messed up our drinks which was obvious due to the colors of the drinks being off. And she tried to argue with me about the drinks being right and had an attitude when asked to remake them. Very bad experience and a different worker made the new drinks correct so thank you to that worker but that other girl needs to learn that she makes mistakes and needs to have a better attitude in customer service. I never raised my voice and stay very nice especially since they don’t usually mess up my order.

  I just came through.I asked simple questions, you guys still part of the franchise that owns the battles.Your employees can't answer that.Are you tell them what happened in that I got the order made twice and it was made it correctly both times I've tried to call through to your sabbata store for 20 minutes and I was able to drive across town hall on phone with corporate before anyone would address me or to have to go into the store and I said they had not answered their phone and I need help reaching out cause I want to refund because they're not giving me the correct food that I ordered. They told me there was no manager there was no shift leader. And they refused to help and told me to get out for pointing out that I used to work for your company and I know what stores are owned by this franchise and I know that the original store issue is a franchise issue, the moment I started yelling and pointing out what they were doing was illegal. Then the girl was, I didn't kick you out, but the guy did And\n They refused to allow me to talk to anyone in management. Meanwhile, I'm the problem you need to make sure your employees know who they work for what franchise they work for and what the proper way to deal with things is when a customer comes in and says you gave me the wrong food, I want a refund, you don't kick them out for saying you didn't do your job right? You fix the problem. I would have been fired if I was still an employee of your company and responded in that way to a customer fire, your mail.I left 15 minutes ago.It's Monday 4:30 April 4th.He's there now you have a wonderful day
