    Good morning, I know mornings can be busy and it may be extra wait time. I was in the drive trough for 30mins after my order. While watching though the window only 2 of the staff where actually moving. The one working the food and one running from the front to the drive though to help. The other 3 that I saw was doing a lot of standing around. The inside was full. They had to ask me 3 times what I ordered and once I received my order it was wrong. 2 coffees and a muffin. Nothing special about the order. 2 Larg. coffees cream and sugar. The young man running from the front to the back I gave a tip and told him to keep up the good work. For the owner of this DD I would be ashamed at the way your staff is portraying your business. The owners are losing out due to your staff.

    I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience at Dunkin’. The service was slow even though it wasn’t busy, and the employees seemed irritated that I even walked in. My order was made wrong, and when I asked politely for it to be fixed, I got attitude instead of an apology. The coffee tasted burnt and watered down at the same time, which I didn’t even think was possible. The food was cold and clearly had been sitting out for a while. On top of that, the store didn’t look very clean — tables were sticky and trash was overflowing. For the prices they charge now, I expect way better quality and customer service. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be coming back anytime soon
