  We ordered our food through the drive-thru today. My mother-in-law spoke to the lady and requested a Happy Meal with six pieces of chicken nuggets, extra French fries, and apple juice for my son. The lady asked if we wanted sauce for the chicken nuggets, and my mother-in-law repeatedly said no sauce. The lady asked again, and my mother-in-law reiterated her refusal. The lady responded with a slightly bitter tone, saying, “Okay.” We were curious about why she seemed so upset or annoyed. Then we went to the first window and paid for the food. She seems insensitive for what she did. I was really upset for what she had acted.

  Had the Big Arch meal, Burger was so big you couldn't pick it up. It all fell apart . Sauce was so gross that I could not eat this burger& I have other stuff here alot! Haven't been able to order a hamburger here since !!

  I'll give 5 ⭐'s all the way around because usually my food is good , my order is right & the drive thru peeps are friendly....today tho , the food gets 4 ⭐'s , my big mac bun was pretty dry , I ate it cuz I was starving but it wasn't as fluffy fresh as in the past....oh well - still tasted good , they probably should make sure the buns are freshy fresh at all times though !!! Just a suggestion 😊

  I think the fries and chicken nuggets were leftover from the day before cold and not very good. Second time stopping at the jay store and both times the food and service was not good
