Last week, I ordered their iced macchiato and it was 99% milk, so much so that the drive through guy who was handing it to me noticed the look on my face and offered to remake it, but ive gotta commute and dont have time for that crap after already waiting 15 minutes. I use to order their iced latte- you order it with an extra shot one day and without an extra shot the next and the one with the "extra shot" will be lighter than the one without that "extra shot". I often feel like i pay for an extra shot but dont get it (because they fill it with ice and milk before adding espresso, leaving no room for the extra espresso). That being said, i stopped ordering espresso drinks all together and decided I wanted a nitro cold brew this morning. I got to the window, I asked if they had nitro cold brew (the app says they do) and was greeted with a loud, 2 pack a day smoker "no!" so I then asked if they have regular cold brew and the response was, "no, we dont have decaf cold brew". I did not have the patience to try again so i left. This business is a waste of time, do not go here. Somebody needs to put an aroma joes in Gardiner so we don't have to deal with this garbage.

The exployees not only don’t give a crap about performing their job correctly, they’re openly disrespectful to customers about it. You’re sitting there in the lobby, staring at them. They’ve got your order done, it’s sitting there next to them and they’re just “hanging out”. Chatting away, making you sit there and twiddle your thumbs for no reason. Eventually you do get your order and I swear every time I’ve gone here they’ve gotten the order wrong. I ordered food and a donut, and the donut was missing, and one of the food items hadn’t even been heated up, even though it was a breakfast sandwich. It’s actually impressive places like this can stay in business with this kind of service. It’s impressive.
