  It is 6:00 on 5/19/2026. We told the young man that we wanted the BLT and the spicy pepperoni from the value meal. They are $3.99 each and two small drinks. Total of $11.96 plus tax or $12.92. He rang them in wrong and told us the amount was $20+. When I told him that cannot be correct he was very rude and told us that was the amount. When I pointed out the advertised Value Meals, he said “I am just the employee “. The conversation went on and finally he made the bill correct. We have never been treated so disrespectfully in this particular subway, but we will not be back if he is working.

  3.6 ☆'s ....Hmmmm, NOT surprised! Although clean throughout with fresh condiments the management/ownership is weak at best; at least the one who I personally interacted with was. I ordered a protein pocket and the young gentlemen behind the counter informed me that since I ordered the "protein pocket" I could in NO WAY modify the ingredients. No extra this or add that.... this confused me because for 30 plus years my family and I have always loved the fact that at a "SUBWAY" you can have it the way you like! Never been an issue.... (the young man behind the counter was very professional and was only following guidance?) This caught me off guard and I immediately said "really, I was hoping you would add onions?" His response was that no such thing was possible. My rebuttal offered to pay like an extra dollar ( $1) for a side of onions. This was when the BOSS piped up from her perch in the corner booth as she immediately shot that solution down saying "we dont sell toppings". I was speechless, "really!?!?!?" Ok..... that's when it dawned on me that obviously this manager had zero common sense and had probably reached the pinnicale of her upward mobility. You dont lose a customer (and EVERYONE he/she knows) over 12 cents worth of sliced onions. "Vacuous" is perhaps too kind the adjective to describe her management and leadership style. But paraphrasing Forrest Gump summarizes it better than I have and much more succinctly; "STUPID is as STUPID does."

  The line could have been move along quicker but it i good place for a sub just be specific 😉
