He also proceeded to touch his eyes, nose, forehead, and chest while wearing the gloves that then touched all of our food !🤢. He had an air pod in one ear and seemed to be off in another world. The food was terrible. The bagels were hard as a rock and given very little butter…. And they needed it! They then forgot half our order and while we were there someone walked out as they were tired of waiting. The other employee seemed nice enough but cared more about working on the nitro taps than the four waiting customers. Both moved at the pace of a snail and the trash was overflowing. Not my norm to write a bad review, but this was terrible!

The food is fresh, for the most part the coffee is good but I suggest taking a quick sip first because I have gotten a coffee that was not right a couple times. Much cleaner than other Dunkin’s.

I would like to thank Gavin, who helped me get my vehicle off the curb. He was confident in what to do ( mainly because he stated he's helped others in the same situation many times before. Above and beyond, He's a keeper!
