  Food was good. Service was fantastic! Waitress was friendly and very helpful, with hints of the area. Food was good and very quickly made.

  Walked in to the employee making sure she finished her texting conversation before asking if we needed help. Sat down and was approached by someone else who you wouldn’t know worked there based off their attire. No name tag, no Pizza Hut shirt nothing and earbuds in. Ordered and had to walk up to the front for plates, forks, napkins etc. while I watched the people making the pizza without gloves. Safe to say we didn’t eat. Side note the bathroom is gross. Get rid of the entire staff and start over

  I visited this Pizza Hut today and was disappointed with the customer service. The employee taking my order seemed uninterested and was not engaging at all. She didn’t greet me, didn’t smile, and mostly responded by simply shaking her head instead of communicating clearly. Good customer service makes a big difference in the overall experience. I hope the staff receive additional customer service training so future customers feel welcomed and valued.
