- KCkaitlyn carrierMay 12, 20263.0Whenever we order in store our service and quality of the sandwiches are wonderful, however, when doing mobile orders be wary. Yesterday, (5/11/26) I ordered a 12 inch turkey with cheese, veggies, & mayo on the app and when I got home I opened it and there was NO turkey! And it clearly stated it on my receipt, my confirmation email, the app, etc. I don't know why the mobile orders get messed up vs when you order in store. It was frustrating and I understand mistakes happen. I just wish that mobile orders would receive the same amount of care when being made if you were to order in store.
