- WHWill Hanscom2 days ago1.0Not the first time this has happened. They charge you for food after letting you place an order only to immediately cancel it and have you wait for a refund. Turn off online ordering if you don’t have the staff to support all avenues of ordering. I understand it’s hard to find good help, but you should not be taking people’s money when you know you can’t provide the service. Full stop.

- CWChristopher WhittenMay 13, 20261.0This store is always crazy slow, so I try and order ahead for counter pickup since it takes half an hour for 4 vehicles to get through the drive thru. Today was the last straw for me for this location. I ordered 2 breakfast meals for my kids half an hour before arriving to accommodate their glacial pace of service. When I got inside, my food was still not ready, but my kids' orange juices were sitting out on the counter. I had to stand and wait for another 10 minutes only to find out they forgot straws and utensils for the big breakfast meal. This place just is not worth the wait or the attitude of the employees. I will not be back. Tl:dr - clean facility, consistently slowest service in Maine, rude employees.
