    Friendly staff, but food was very disappointing. Loud atmosphere, and tables were all very close together. Definitely not somewhere you need to eat..

    Great meal. Fun, family atmosphere. Amazing drinks! I’ve heard South Portland residents rave about the Rattle Shake but I have never been. So when the second location opened near us in Cumberland - we had to try. The tuna wontons had a perfect sear and a fantastic sauce. The Diamond Back burger was a 10 out of 10. It’s hard to find a place with good portion sizes and great flavor these days but this place is it. Highly recommend for a family night out.

    We ordered takeout. Food was done on time when we came to pick it up. Everything was delicious, from the chicken sandwiches to the milkshakes.
